At some point, all of us have heard, maybe we’ve even said, this statement, “Just follow your heart.” Here’s the reality: that’s the worse piece of advice that we could ever give anybody, but it is often the easiest decision for us to make. Why? Because it appeals to the flesh. It’s time to get our heart, our emotions, under control.
